Prior to all of our 360 tours, we offer a free consultation to understand the scope and set the expectations for the 360 photo tour. It is at this time that we determine when the shoot will take place, estimate how many photos we will need to take and how long it will take to shoot, edit and publish the 360 tour of your business to Google. For the best results, try to schedule your tour while few or no people are present – i.e. just before opening or after closing or when the location is closed.

The next step in the process is to come out and shoot the 360 tour. Our team of professionals are trained to help you get the most out of your 360 photo experience and here are some ways that you can help.
First, make sure that you have cleaned and set up each room that you would like to have shot. Our clients who have seen the greatest results were prepared for the shoot prior to the photographer showing up at the location. Second, you can close the doors to any room that you would prefer not to have shown in your 360 tour. After that we’re ready to start shooting. The typical shoot will take between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size and layout of the location.
After photos have been taken, we will begin the editing process. We will do our best to remove any unappealing objects from photos as well as optimize colors for each photo. Once the photos have been edited, they will be oriented and connected for uploading to Google Streetview (Google Maps). Previews of tours may be available upon request prior to upload to your Google My Business listing.
After the photos have been uploaded to your Google My Business listing, the rights of the photos will be transferred to the client upon final payment.
